Your role:



We are searching for a Senior Manager to build, mentor, and lead our Technical Content & Community team (Writers, Developer Content, and Education). Your mission is to deliver credible, evidence-driven technical content that not only educates our users but drives product adoption and thought leadership.

What you'll be doing:



Define and own the content and community strategy for Pico. You will line manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, enforcing best practices in authoring, validation, and AI-assisted workflows. Lead the editorial roadmap and content freshness program, ensuring all technical documentation, Software Development Kitexamples, knowledge base articles, and application notes meet a rigorous definition of done based on Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness and Transparency standards. Multi-Platform Content: YouTube Strategy: Own the vision for our YouTube channel, focusing on long-form technical demos, scripting, and driving measurable growth (watch time, retention). Discoverability: Apply SEO best practices and work with the Growth & Digital team to ensure our technical content is easily found and contributes to demand generation. Oversee community engagement metrics (forum topics, webinars) and ensure our educational programs contribute to pipeline generation and customer retention. Champion the responsible use of AI to optimize content drafting, structuring, QC, translation, and analytics workflows. Maintaining our ambitious <180-day content freshness target with measurable uplift in organic traffic. Technical accuracy with minimal corrections needed post-publish, validated by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Grow YouTube channel performance and overall community engagement.

What you'll need:



Demonstrable experience leading technical content strategy, preferably within the test & measurement or deep-tech sector. Proven track record in people leadership and line management. Strong editorial skills with a commitment to evidence-driven content development. Proven knowledge of SEO, information architecture, and accessibility standards. A skilled collaborator comfortable working with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and PR stakeholders.
