How will you make an impact in this role?



Create, manage and enhance data orchestration systems for KYC processes Develop and enhance leadership reporting/dashboards documenting project progress. Partner closely with Data and Technology teams to build, test & implement the capabilities required across all stages of the KYC remediation, keeping all partners accountable Thinking creatively and strategically to identify and drive project enhancements Clearly and effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders, from the colleagues working on the day-to-day of project, through to senior leadership, constantly thinking through messaging needs

Minimum Qualifications



A proven understanding of business functions such as Global Commercial Services, Customer Servicing, Technologies KYC / AML experience Strong Proficiency in SQL Exceptional MS Excel proficiency Strong problem-solving ability - translating raw data into meaningful insights Proactive, flexible, strategic, highly organized, and eager to take full ownership of their work Ability to work with ambiguity and see the big picture with a close eye on the details Proven project management experience with a close attention to detail Strong professional presence and interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate and influence
