Portman Finance Group are seeking an experienced Marketing and Design executive to join their fast-growing team.

Overview

The Senior Marketing and Design Executive will play a central role in generating an effective stream of leads into the business whilst driving Portman's brand recognition. Responsible for creating and managing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns for Portman as well as Portman Group's sub-brands, the Senior Executive will work across a broad array of marketing activities to promote Portman's services and finance solutions to targeted audiences.

To be successful in the role, we are looking for someone who has general digital marketing experience, working knowledge of email and social media marketing, copywriting experience and working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Produce general finance and sector-specific multichannel campaigns that professionally represent the Portman brand and maximise lead generation. Including but not limited to Email, Direct Mail, Exhibitions, Social Media, Article writing, and website content. Lead the marketing for Portman's introducer partnership scheme. Copywriting across channels. SEO of the Portman Finance Group website, including both technical and content improvements Contribute to the production or running of exhibitions, which may include attendance. Designing or amending where necessary, company printed material and customer documentation templates. Contribute to the production of advertising material for both online and offline campaigns. Produce vendor support material to help suppliers promote our financial offering. Analyse the effectiveness of Marketing campaigns via both our CRM and other analytical tools, including Google Analytics. Any other appropriate job duties in line with the associated skill and experience of the post holder.

Skills and experience required

4yrs+ Previous experience in a Marketing role with a focus on sales or lead generation. Experience of email marketing and copywriting. Can draw on a creative side for both design and copy. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Working knowledge of analytical tools is desirable. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Commercial focus, with excellent communication skills.
