We are currently looking to appoint a Senior Marketing Operations Consultant to join our dynamic team based in either Alderley Edge, Edinburgh or London.
We're looking for someone to support our Marketing Operations team vision across;
Processes: Implement effective processes within Brand & Marketing
Technology: Generate scalability and efficiencies
Suppliers: Implement an effective and efficient framework
People: Create the right capabilities for Brand & Marketing
You will play an important role to provide alignment with colleagues, education about the importance of having up to date procedures, providing expert knowledge and enabling the delivery of the B&M function. This role will also include working with the RLAM marketing team. You will work collaboratively with all colleagues in the wider business and within the Brand & Marketing function to ensure the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of operations activity in support of the Brand & Marketing strategy and objectives.
The successful candidate will have a strong passion for marketing, process mapping and configuration skills in a technology platform will be a nice to have. If you don't have configuration skills, these will be provided as part of the training. You should have desire to excel in a fast-paced environment with a great sense of curiosity. We would encourage candidates from all business areas to apply if they are keen to understand the Brand and Marketing function more.
About the role
Lead on process gap analysis work to identify opportunities to enhance, update and rationalise Brand & Marketing processes.
Work collaboratively with all colleagues in the wider business and within the Brand & Marketing function to ensure the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of operations activity in support of the Brand & Marketing strategy and objectives.
Support the design, structure and delivery of our Roadmaps (covering Process and Supplier Relationship Management)
Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure that all activities are planned and delivered in a way that supports our strategic shifts and builds the necessary marketing capabilities to optimise the value of our activities.
Support the day-to-day management of the team requirements.
Support the Marketing Operations Senior Manager in identifying operational marketing capabilities to optimise the value of our activities.
Support high level designs with the Business Analyst and make sure we can operationalise and configure in the CMP
About you
Strong process mapping skills
Understands how to design and document process
Experience or good understanding of marketing processes would be an advantage.
Understanding of workflow systems and configuration would be an advantage, but not necessary as training will be provided
Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills.
Ability to create good working relationships with other business areas & external suppliers.
Coaching/mentoring skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
