Marketing & Event Manager.

Grounded Cafe Bars is looking for a marketing expert and a great event promoter to head our small marketing team. This is an exciting position with a huge potential to line up live music / entertainment, assist our store managers to line up an amazing calendar full of engaging activities that position us right in the heart of our communities.

The role.

Content Creation:

Produce high-quality content for social media, websites, print and other platforms. Capture or atmosphere, drink and food in a shot

Social Media Management:

Communicate all up coming events and generate leads on our socials; create an engaging presence on socials in line with our brand vision and collaborate with influencers / bloggers to increase our exposure.

Data Collection:

Expand our digital audience and create data bases which we can reach out to regularly.

Events:

Source and reach out to live entertainers such as musicians, singers, DJs etc inorder to book a solid calendar full of fantastic events that generate sales.

Multi tasking:

Juggle many moving parts simultaneously, work in an effective and productive manner while also making full use of the talent that we have in our teams.

The ideal candidate:

Have a driver's licence and your own car is a must with regular travel between 6 sites in Bristol and 2 in Wiltshire Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and online marketing Strong photography, videography, and graphic design skills Ability to work independently and use initiative as well as be a part of a small team Solid organisational and time management skills A good understanding and knowledge of Social Media platforms including marketing campaigns and AD spends. Preferably have your own photographic & video equipment; Be able to work some weekends and evenings as required. Passionate about music with a few contacts to draw on and the ability to manage 8 Calendars with the respective store managers Ability to negotiate and maintain relationships with talent and our teams.
