Job Summary
We seek a commercially focussed, talented and energetic Marketing Executive to work across our Belfast Skin Clinic and AllSkin brands. The successful candidate will develop and manage Marketing initiatives and social media campaigns along with all promotional activities ensuring activity evaluation and return on investment.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to show initiative. The ideal candidate should be highly attentive to detail and possess excellent digital marketing skills.
Candidates should possess extensive prior experience and suitable qualifications. They should display initiative and demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Accountabilities
Co-ordinate all digital marketing including social media, online listings and SEO (PPC) activities and create annual calendar of events.
Identify key customer base and ensure establishment of Belfast Skin Clinic and AllSkin store unique selling proposition (USP) and differentiators.
Create regular and engaging content for Belfast Skin Clinic and AllSkin websites and relevant marketplaces using SEO best practices to ensure growth of our online presence, followers and page engagements (though imagery, videos, reels etc)
Oversee Belfast Skin Clinic and AllSkin websites to ensure optimal functionality and content for maximum user experience.
Develop and co-ordinate email campaigns.
Assist with the preparation and promotion of events including event attendance and follow up evaluation.
Management of AllSkin store eCommerce site including reviewing and updating product descriptions, product placement, new item posting etc.
Work with in-house teams to develop and launch new products and campaigns.
Produce reports and management information tracking all Sales and Marketing activity and associated expenditure evidencing return on investment and monitoring results.
Work to achieve key performance indicators and marketing targets and take appropriate action to achieve service delivery as required.
Develop and implement customer service strategies and experiences to ensure revenue growth.
Manage all customer satisfaction reviews efficiently to ensure prompt follow up and response.
Monitor key competitor and market activity and make recommendations for improvement where necessary.
Ensure that Brand Management and corporate identity guidelines are implemented and adhered to on all marketing materials.
Devise and co-ordinate copy and print management of promotional materials.
Manage the Marketing database and ensure that marketing efforts are directed in a focussed manner and in line with data protection legislation.
Monitor and regularly report on key performance indicators and performance within areas of responsibility and take appropriate action to achieve improved service delivery.
Identify and proactively seek new business opportunities within target market to increase profitability.
Stay current on eCommerce strategies and make recommendations on new eCommerce revenue streams.
Work closely with internal teams and relevant 3rd parties in a professional manner.
Other admin and general support duties as required.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
QUALIFICATIONS
Min 2:1 in a Marketing degree
EXPERIENCE
Min 4 yrs postgraduate work experience in a relevant marketing / business development role
Min 4 yrs experience creating social media content, managing social media platforms, running campaigns and able to demonstrate associated business / sales growth
Excellent IT skills with experience in MS Office software and relevant Marketing software
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Self-starter able to use initiative and overcome problems and resolve issues for business success
Detail focussed, accurate and organised
Able to project manage duties and multitask in a fast-paced work environment
Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Able to work alone, within a team and on own initiative
Excellent customer service skills with a positive approach
OTHER SKILLS
Excellent writing ability to create engaging content
Full driving licence / access to transport as occasional travel is required

Work experience from a medical / aesthetic / eCommerce work environment
