Role Introduction

If so, read on; we are looking for an exceptional Content Executive who will create insightful, thought-leading and thought-provoking content for our legal sector. You will be responsible for participating in, building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, predominantly through the use of quality content, that delivers qualified sales leads and pipeline to our legal sales team. It's crucial to understand our audiences and create suitable content that will be engaging to our target personas.
What You Will Do

• Work alongside the Marketing Director and wider team to create a content strategy and plan which works alongside our marketing and campaign plans.
• Writing long and short form content for on and offline channels utilising our AI and content assistance platforms where appropriate.
• Content creation working in house and with partners including blogs, whitepapers, podcasts, video and webinars.
• SEO: ensuring content is as optimised as it can be to contribute to our SEO strategy through the use of keywords and original, rich content.
• Awareness of how digital search is changing and working with wider teams on GEO optimised strategies and content.
• Work with external copy writers and agencies to create briefs, proof read and distribute content accordingly in line with our campaign plans.
• Work with the sales teams and across the legal team where necessary for content creation, e.g. interviews for thought leadership, product specific content etc.
• Work with internal and external creative teams to ensure all content remains on brand.
• Measure and report back on the success of different forms of content to allow the team to optimise marketing campaigns.
• Ensure content is shared appropriately internally to feed into business development and sales cadences.
• Contribute to the marketing plan for the business unit.
• Ensure external content campaigns run on time and to budget.
• Awareness of and contribution to the attainment of sales volume (leads) and financial goals (conversions), including profitability with targeted lead generation campaigns.
• Identify, recommend and manage third party resources as required.
• Proofreading work and ensuring that the content is accurate and consistent, and executing the right narrative.

What You Will Have

• Strong writing and creative skills with previous experience as a content creator.
• Legal sector knowledge and experience desired as well as an understanding of commercial and business challenges.
• You will have experience and a proactive mind-set to launch yourself into intent driven market and industry research and be able to turn that into inspirational ideas and focused content plan.
• Relationship management skills with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Willingness to learn, think analytically and work collaboratively in a growing marketing team.
• Highly creative, proactive, decisive and organised.
• Confident and enthusiastic showing a strong ability to learn and expand the role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
