At OneAdvanced, we are powering the world of work. We are looking for a commercially driven, experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our high-growth Accelerator business unit.

This is not a standard execution role. We are looking for a strategic marketer to own the go-to-market strategy for our Wholesale & Distribution, Passenger Transportation, and Business Services verticals. You will be the driving force behind the growth of our two core portfolios: Finance, Spend & Governance (FSG) and Workforce Management (WFM).

If you are a B2B SaaS marketer who understands the complexities of supply chains, logistics, or fleet operations, and knows how to position financial and workforce software to solve those problems, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do:

Strategic Campaign Management:

Design and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and pipeline acceleration within the Wholesale, Distribution, and Transportation sectors.

Portfolio Positioning:

Translate the technical capabilities of our Finance, Spend & Governance and Workforce Management solutions into compelling value propositions that resonate with CFOs, COOs, and HR Directors in our target verticals.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

Work closely with the Sales leadership to deploy targeted ABM programmes for high-value accounts in the Business Services and Logistics space.

Sales Enablement & Alignment:

Act as the bridge between Product and Sales. Equip the commercial teams with high-impact sales tools, battle cards, and market insights to improve win rates.

Content Strategy:

Oversee the creation of thought leadership content (whitepapers, webinars, case studies) that addresses specific industry challenges, such as supply chain resilience, regulatory governance, and workforce optimisation.

Performance Analysis:

Manage the marketing budget for your verticals, rigorously tracking ROI, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and cost-per-lead to ensure maximum efficiency.

What You Will Have:

To justify the seniority of this post, we are looking for a candidate who brings more than just 'marketing support'--we need a rigorous commercial mindset.

Experience:

Significant B2B marketing experience within the Technology/SaaS sector.

Sector Knowledge:

Experience marketing to

Wholesale, Logistics, Distribution, or Transportation

industries is highly desirable. You understand the jargon and the pain points of these sectors.

Product Familiarity:

Proven experience marketing ERP, Finance Systems, or Workforce Management software.

Data-Driven:

You are comfortable using CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo) to evidence your success.

Communication:

Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to distil complex software features into clear business benefits.

Stakeholder Management:

Confident in managing relationships with senior internal stakeholders, from Product Directors to Sales Leaders.
