The business is currently seeking a dynamic and engaging Marketing lead to oversee all its marketing activity and to drive brand growth. If you are a creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a track record of driving results, we would love to hear from you.

This is a standalone role, ideal for a self-sufficient marketing professional who thrives as a one-person team, managing all aspects of marketing from end-to-end -- including planning, execution, and reporting.

Key Duties:



Content creation for internal and external communications Management of all social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. Tik Tok experience is desirable Updating the company websites, including an e-commerce platform, and driving SEO Coordination of all blogs, news stories, PR pieces and awards submissions Having overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity Management of the social calendar - including coordination of company events, key dates and internal promotions Devising sales documents, newsletters, e-mail marketing and graphic content for various channels Planning and implementing lead generation campaigns Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing communications and analytics Communicating marketing objectives and updates to colleagues throughout business Managing allocated marketing budget while reporting on cost effectiveness of marketing activities Identifying and implementing improved processes, systems and methods of working

Required Experience/Qualifications:



Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or related field Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role Experience managing a variety of social media channels Hands-on experience managing a website using WordPress Experience managing social media channels, particularly LinkedIn Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is essential Experience with Canva for content creation Familiarity with Hootsuite or similar social media scheduling tools Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms, such as Mailchimp IT proficient, with good knowledge of MS Office, social media tools, CRM systems and digital marketing platforms Have excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations Have exceptional communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels Experience creating engaging content for various marketing channels for internal and external customers Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Previous experience in B2B is desirable

Hours of work:



Office based role in Corby, 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Salary and benefits:



up to 40,000 per annum, depending on experience 28 days annual leave per year (inclusive of bank holidays) Free parking Pension Scheme Company gym
