Role Overview



This is a hybrid role with weekly time required in the Didcot office.

We're seeking a proactive Senior Marketing Executive to play a key role in supporting the marketing manager and wider team in driving the company's digital marketing strategy forward, with a particular focus on SEO and data-driven performance marketing. You will be involved in a wide range of content creation and digital marketing activities that enhance our brand, generate leads, and support commercial objectives.

We are looking for a creative, results-oriented marketer with proven SEO expertise and preferably hands-on experience with HubSpot. If you are familiar with other CRM and marketing automation platforms, we would still like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, execute, and optimise SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and improve SERP performance across key business areas. Optimise website content for search engines and user experience, including on-page SEO enhancements such as meta tags, internal linking, page structure, and keyword integration. Perform keyword research, on-page optimisation, content gap analysis, and backlink audits. Work closely with the team to create SEO-friendly content across web, social, and email platforms. Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Hubspot and other platforms where required. Assist in brainstorming, creating, and optimising email marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and lead nurturing pipelines via HubSpot. Contribute to PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, Twitter, LinkedIn etc., and support budget tracking and performance analysis. Create high-quality, brand-aligned content such as insights, diagrams, how-to fact sheets, fact files, guides, graphics, social posts, email copy, and ad creatives. Support the design, editing, and production of video, audio, and digital media content. Manage and maintain organic social media presence and ensure campaigns are consistent with brand tone and goals. Carry out competitor and market research to inform campaign strategy. Help produce reports and dashboards to assess content marketing performance, lead generation, and conversion rates. Support general marketing administration, planning meetings, and team collaboration.

Essential Experience & Skills



Minimum

6+ year of experience

in a digital marketing or content marketing role. Demonstrable experience in executing and reporting on SEO strategies. Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.. Strong copywriting and editorial skills. Experience of sharepoint and MS applications. Experience optimising website content for SEO and user engagement. Experience with social media platforms for B2B and/or B2C marketing. Understanding and experience of graphic design and video creation tools (e.g., Canva, Creatify, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong communication and organisational skills. Knowledge of HubSpot (preferred) or other marketing automation/CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign). Understanding of AI in marketing applications, with practical experience using AI tools for content creation, data analysis, or campaign optimisation (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, Surfer SEO, etc.). Comfortable with basic data handling and reporting in Excel/Google Sheets and using MS Sharepoint, OneDrive and MS applications

Desirable



Understanding of PPC and paid media channels. Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS platforms. Understanding of Google Tag manager and other Google applications, paid advertising, Background in financial, property, or professional services marketing. Knowledge of email automation, segmentation, and campaign A/B testing. Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
