Through consultancy, training, and coaching, iDiversity supports businesses and educational institutions to create inclusive environments where every individual can thrive.

The Senior Marketing Executive will lead marketing initiatives across iDiversity. This role involves driving innovative campaigns that highlight best practices in disability, and inclusion, while shaping the strategic marketing direction of our rapidly growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead new marketing initiatives across the iDiversity Group, providing strategic input to senior leadership. Manage and develop engaging content for all social media platforms. Write and produce compelling product information, copy, and digital marketing materials for eCommerce and online channels. Represent the company through presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations as required. Plan, develop, and manage targeted commercial and eCommerce campaigns, including newsletters and other promotional materials, within agreed budgets and timescales. Stay informed of marketing developments and emerging trends by attending relevant events and courses.

Essential Skills and Experience

A marketing qualification such as CIM, CAM, or a relevant business degree. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role. Strong digital marketing and eCommerce knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident in presenting ideas to leadership teams and external stakeholders. Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects independently. Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills. Proficient in using marketing software and digital platforms.

Desirable Skills and Experience

Experience working within an SME or growing company. A genuine interest in disability, inclusion, and accessibility.
