As Senior Marketing Executive, you will report to the Marketing Team Lead and play a pivotal role in our dynamic marketing team, contributing to the development and execution of customer-centric marketing campaigns and activities in a fast-paced and quality-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, strategic and data-driven. This role requires a versatile professional with a wide breadth of marketing knowledge who thrives in a collaborative environment, builds strong relationships across departments, and contributes to the overall success of the company's priorities and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Day to day management and continued improvement of Safehinge Primera's marketing initiatives.
Lead on one of our core business units in line with our content strategy.
Effectively utilise generative AI aligned to our processes to support marketing operations, customer segmentation, real-time campaign optimisation, and asset generation.
Management of email marketing campaigns and social media.
Positioning our brand as a thought leader through clear, ICP led communications
Creative storytelling and copywriting for case studies, advertising, press releases, and industry publications
Increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and aiding conversions in marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and sales qualified leads (SQLs)
Supporting the sales team with account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns using our Odoo CRM to generate demand and increase conversions for strategic accounts and partners.
Planning and delivering online and in-person events & exhibitions
Implement customer-centric marketing strategies and tactics based on data insights.
Utilise data to optimise campaigns, ensuring high performance and customer engagement.
Set and achieve objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives to evidence ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
Uphold the company's values, purpose, and ethical standards in all marketing activities.
Pay meticulous attention to detail in content creation, campaigns, and collateral and ensure messaging consistency across all channels.
Marketing process-driven execution.
Demonstrate a keen understanding of business priorities and their correlation with marketing.
Stay informed about industry trends, continuously learning about the industry and customers.
Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate customer data in line with our ISO and GDPR standards.
