THE OPPORTUNITY



Senior Marketing Executive





We are recruiting for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our team! Working for the UK's largest and number 1 leisure vehicle manufacturer, you will support the Head of Marketing and wider Marketing team in the planning, development and execution of Swift's marketing activity for Motorhomes, Campervans, Touring Caravans and its hire company Swift Go.



The ideal candidate will be proactive, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing projects as well as have the ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple projects simultaneously.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES



Work to produce and maintain annual marketing plan for associated products that feeds into the overall marketing strategy Development and execution of marketing collateral for new season e.g. Brochures, Social Media & Website Planning and co-ordination of video and photography shoots Social Media Strategy & Content Creation - Including but not limited to: multiple weekly posts to all platforms, increase in engagement and traction and lead generation Aid with execution of related events to include; planning, communication, supply of printed collateral, presentation of vehicles and working events when required. Build relationships and provide best in class multi-channel marketing support and guidance to dealerships, incl. quarterly update newsletter Liaising with industry journalists, organise press loans and co-ordinate print and digital advertising bookings with supply of collateral Working with 3rd party agencies (PPC, Print & Events) You may be called upon to run end to end campaigns to stimulate sales. Activity to include B2B & B2C marketing and comms. To perform other duties as required incl. special projects that may be assigned to you Conduct analysis of any campaigns run Collaboration with the management team to ensure the brand is represented correctly and complies with brand guidelines Build knowledge base of competitor product enabling us to effectively market Swift's key USP's Responding to enquiries from customers Maintain suitable and safe levels of housekeeping at all times within the working environment Actively support the Swift 'EPIC' values ethos Be familiar with, and adhere to, company policies and procedures Meet your health & safety responsibilities and co-operate with management to achieve a healthy and safe workplace, taking reasonable care of yourself and others

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE



Degree educated with a passion for marketing and brand engagement; At least 1 year of commercial/marketing/event experience; Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills; Experience of; brand marketing, event management and social media marketing; Working knowledge of Word/Excel/Powerpoint; Holds a valid UK drivers licence; * Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player who is willing to take on new challenges
