We're looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our eCommerce department at NEXT, specifically within the Services Proposition Team. Based at our Head Office in Leicestershire with a competitive salary range and excellent benefits.

The eCommerce Services Propositions team plays a pivotal role in enhancing the NEXT online shopping experience. They champion and own the development and evolution of key customer-facing services, including our flexible credit offerings, convenient delivery subscription and engaging promotional activities. Their focus is on creating and optimising products and streams that add significant value and support a seamless shopping journey for our customers.
About the role:
As a Senior Marketing Executive within the eCommerce Services Propositions team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of one of our propositions. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels and audiences. Your focus will be on acquiring new customers, retaining existing ones, and achieving our company's ambitious targets. While rooted in marketing, the role goes much further; you'll act as the business owner of your proposition. This means you'll spearhead and drive innovation and improvements across all facets of the eCommerce business.
What else is involved?

• Strategy Development: Own and develop short- and long-term marketing strategies for your service proposition.
• Target Achievement: Deliver on the short- and long-term targets set by the business.
• Integration: Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of our campaigns with broader business initiatives.
• Project Management: Coordinate and manage system development projects related to your proposition stream - working closely with our UX, Tech and Development teams.
• Opportunity Identification: Identify and investigate potential commercial opportunities and communicate them effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
• Customer Focus: Understand the customer journey and identify areas for improvement to enhance the overall experience.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors and consumers to inform marketing strategies.
• Audience Targeting: Work closely with Data Science and Customer Research to identify and engage with the right audience segments.
• Execution: Seamlessly deliver all projects and campaigns; from working with teams to create all marketing material to navigating approvals, handovers and go lives.
• Compliance Adherence: Ensure compliance with all relevant advertising regulations.

• You've successfully managed fast-paced, multi-channel marketing and system projects from concept to execution.
• You're an excellent communicator, able to present complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• You consistently hit targets and thrive on delivering measurable results.
• You're adaptable, resilient, and stay positive under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• You think big but sweat the details, balancing strategic thinking with flawless execution.
• You're a proactive self-starter who spots opportunities and isn't afraid to challenge the norm.
• You'll have exceptional organisational skills, documentation and administrative abilities.
• You build strong relationships across teams and bring people with you.
• You're analytical, confident in setting KPIs, reviewing data, and making decisions that drive impact.
• You're creative, solutions-focused, and passionate about great marketing that makes a difference.
• Experience in services marketing (e.g. delivery propositions or financial services) is a bonus.
• Experience with FCA regulation is a bonus but not required.
