We're looking for a Senior Marketing Executive who's creative, curious and ready to get stuck in. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll be trusted to run with ideas, create content that goes live, and play a real part in how the brand looks, sounds and connects with people.

This is a Senior role, so you'll also be passionate about statistics and analysing what works and what doesn't.

No two days look the same. You might be filming a video in the morning, scheduling social content after lunch, then helping shape a campaign or creating a leaflet for an open day. If you like variety, ownership and seeing your work out in the world, you'll love this role.

You'll be doing this for CODE, a student accommodation provider who goes that bit further -- we design, build, rent and manage exceptional student living spaces while also providing superb customer welfare and care. With a strong portfolio, with 100% occupancy since launching across Leicester and Coventry and expansion plans across the UK, this is an exciting time to join us.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be right in the middle of the action, responsible for:

Creating scroll-stopping video, photography and written content Owning and growing social media channels -- posting, engaging, replying to DMs and building community Designing and updating marketing assets across digital and print (web pages, posters, leaflets and more) Getting hands-on with campaigns, events and open days alongside the wider team
1-2 days working from home will be available after your 3 month probation period. In-office days will be on-site in Leicester and Coventry so you should be willing to travel. Working-from-home days will also vary depending on what filming, content creation and collaboration is happening.

You'll be able to demonstrate:

A Marketing degree, relevant qualification, or equivalent experience Recent experience in a busy marketing or communications environment Experience managing multiple social media platforms and creating engaging content Strong IT and digital skills (ideally Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Eventbrite, CMS experience) Experience with Google Analytics (desirable)
