Job Description

My client is a leading specialist global insurance/reinsurance broker looking to expand their team and hire a Senior Marketing Executive to join on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders, such as the Group Director of Marketing and gain exposure to the full marketing mix. The role reports directly to the Senior Manager.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Building email marketing campaigns that adhere to corporate plan objectives.
• Managing and becoming a key player in marketing collateral development, exhibitions, PR, digital and print advertising and campaign development.
• Developing email marketing campaigns, including using email marketing software for analysis, segmentation and distribution.
• Coordinating the firm\'s website and social media platforms, as well as optimising copy for SEO.
• Liaising with external stakeholders and agencies to manage and optimise performance via regular meetings.
• Supporting internal communications initiatives and collaborating with other teams in the business.

The ideal candidate for this role will be:

• Confident and proficient in stakeholder management.
• Enhanced website development skills i.e., managing and renewing the websites and communication platforms.
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Office software.
• Strong understanding of CMS, Google analytics and experience working with email marketing platforms.
• Former global marketing experience (preferred).
• Previous line management experience (preferred).
