Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract. Working with teams in 17 different office locations throughout the country, this is a key role focused on the planning and delivery of localised marketing activity for the residential business as well as the cascade of the national residential marketing strategy. You'll act as a key link between our residential teams and the Carter Jonas MCBD team and would suit someone with professional services and/or real estate marketing experience looking to take the next step in their career.

With 33 offices across the UK including nine in London and a global network through its exclusive affiliation with Christie's International Real Estate, Carter Jonas goes above and beyond local estate agency. With a strong new homes presence and rapid growth in the Build to Rent sector, Carter Jonas offers services and solutions across the entire residential industry.

Our 25 strong Marketing, Communications and BD (MCBD) team provides national and local MCBD support to Carter Jonas - one of the most well-regarded names in the property business. The team is based in the firm's head office in London at the top of New Bond Street at One Chapel Place. Main tasks:

Campaign Support

Assist in the implementation of local and national marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of materials and coordination with internal teams and external suppliers. Support with the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, digital assets, organic social content and email campaigns. Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and senior stakeholders to gather, refine and approve content.

Project Management

Help coordinate and manage marketing projects, tracking timelines, deliverables, and budgets under the guidance of the Head of Residential Marketing, ensuring all activities are carried out to the agreed schedules and budgets. Liaise with the graphics, digital, PR, and events teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and delivery and reporting of each activity.

Stakeholder Management

Act as a key point of contact between our local residential offices and the marketing team, responding to marketing queries and supporting local initiatives in line with brand guidelines. Assist in preparing updates and reports for internal stakeholders and attend meetings when required as well as, or in place of the Head of Residential Marketing. Manage stakeholder expectations, and external partnerships expectations.

Event Support

Support the planning and delivery of residential marketing events, including logistics, collateral preparation, and post-event follow-up. Support local offices on any partnerships and events they are sponsoring with the delivery of the required marketing collateral.

Brand and Content Management

Ensure all marketing materials adhere to Carter Jonas brand guidelines and tone of voice. Assist with copywriting and proofreading for marketing content across various channels and work with the in-house graphic design team on marketing collateral and concepts for front offices.

Administrative Support

Maintain marketing databases, update campaign trackers, and support budget tracking and invoice processing.

What will it take to be successful?


You will be an experienced marketing professional, ideally with experience within a professional services firm, estate agency or real estate company. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage projects effectively. A solid creative background and excellent briefing skills, coupled with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities is required. You will be comfortable working across multiple projects and teams and be familiar with CRM systems and digital marketing tools. A good understanding of brand and visual identity principles is essential.
