A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A
SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE
AT THE WESTIN LONDON CITY
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
Ensure brand voice guidelines and standards are adhered to at all consumer touch points
Ensure brand works/e-portal images and user rights are updated and these tools are used to create all hotel collaterals
Ensure hotel is correctly positioned on all digital sites
Support and oversee photoshoots and filming as and when required
Provide support on development of all advertising and marketing communication including special offers and packages
Updating and maintaining the hotel website and outlets websites (with the support of Digital Field Marketing team) on a regular basis
Contribute to the team by sharing new ideas and suggestions for improvements, being innovative and creative to provide a quality service to the hotels
Supports the development and execution of restaurant and bar marketing plans for Hithe + Seek, Mosaic and any future FB concepts.
Supports the development and execution of Heavenly Spa marketing plans
Be responsible for managing and improving the hotel's image and communication on social media channels and promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
Work with the Marketing and Communications Manager and Commercial Director to develop and execute marketing plans and initiatives to support driving all key revenue streams including rooms, catering, FB and spa outlets.
Design and produce presentation and collaterals in line with Westin brand guidelines and tone of voice

To succeed in the role of
Senior Marketing Executive
, you will need the following qualities and skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Basic to intermediate Skills in Photoshop and InDesign preferable
Good at multitasking and working to deadlines
Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and use of paid, owned and earned media channels
Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
Excellent social media awareness and knowledge
Ability to develop a good understanding of hotel and competitive market and use hotel's USPs to the best advantage
Effective decision-making skills
Previous experience in a similar marketing administrative or coordinator role, ideally within a hotel environment.
