Our relentless focus on user experience has been the cornerstone of our growth, helping us become the market leading software for fire protection subcontractors across the UK.
We've grown by staying obsessed with building software that actually works for the subcontractors on the ground; fast, intuitive, and simple to use.
We're now gearing up for our next chapter: expanding into new trades and taking Onetrace global. We're bootstrapped and driven by a clear mission: to lead the digital transformation for subcontractors, one trade at a time.
Come be part of a team that's smart, ambitious, and comfortable in the chaos of growth. Where your ideas matter, and your work shapes what comes next.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, high-energy marketer to make a real impact in a fast-growing tech business. You'll play a hands-on role in shaping and executing Onetrace's marketing strategy--creating compelling content, driving digital and social campaigns, and supporting events that bring our brand to life.
You'll gain broad exposure across multiple areas of marketing, from brand and growth to product, while building the skills to specialise as your career develops. We're looking for someone hungry to learn, eager to experiment, and ready to take ownership--someone who wants to see their ideas turn into action and their work make an immediate impact.
At Onetrace, you won't just execute campaigns--you'll help shape how we tell our story, engage our audience, and drive our next phase of growth.
What you'll do
Execute and optimise multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, and events to drive brand awareness and engagement through relevant, impactful content
Support the delivery of events, including logistics, promotions, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-ups
Create and adapt content across various formats--blog posts, social media updates, sales enablement materials, and presentations in partnership with product, design, and sales
Assist with product marketing activities, including updating collateral, researching competitors, and developing customer case studies
Monitor and report on campaign performance, website analytics, and lead generation metrics to drive continuous improvement
Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT to streamline content creation, developing prompts and workflows to enhance efficiency and output quality
Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials
Produce high-quality content for both digital and print channels to position the business as an industry thought leader
Manage ad-hoc marketing projects, collaborating with internal teams, external agencies, and partners as required
Collaborate across functions to gain exposure to brand, growth, content, and product marketing, working closely with the Product Marketing Lead, Growth Marketing Lead and Head of Commercial
What we're looking for
Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in a digital or SaaS environment
Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign execution and performance analysis
Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a creative eye for content and brand
Comfortable working with data, marketing automation, and AI-driven tools
Confident using digital and social platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and familiar with emerging trends
Organised, adaptable, and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A hands-on executor who balances getting things done with developing strategic thinking
Confident yet open-minded, welcoming feedback and diverse perspectives
Strong project management, collaboration, and analytical skills, with experience in campaign tracking and optimisation
What we offer
25 days PTO, plus bank holidays
Enhanced parental leave
Private medical insurance with Bupa
