Marketing Executive

to join our Marketing team based in London. Our Marketing team focuses on building trust and awareness by showcasing our commitment to exceptional, patient-centred care. As a

Senior Marketing

Executive,

you'll be responsible for coordinating and delivering marketing projects and campaigns that drive business growth. This includes managing day-to-day marketing activities, briefing creative teams, developing assets, creating social media content and ensuring timely execution of integrated campaigns across digital, CRM, print, PR, and events.



The role involves stakeholder liaison, project management, performance monitoring, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Depending on the specialist area, additional responsibilities may include campaign planning, consultant growth strategies and marketing performance analytics.

What you'll do:



Coordinate and deliver marketing projects and campaigns to support business growth Manage timelines, logistics, and approvals for marketing activities Brief creative and copy teams for asset development Support integrated marketing communications across digital, CRM, print, PR, and events Develop and maintain marketing plans and calendars for product launches and campaigns Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure smooth project delivery Act as project coordinator for shoots, filming days, and events Monitor KPIs, track competitor activity, and share insights with the team Transform complex clinical information into compelling content for multiple channels Apply SEO best practices to web copy and digital content Contribute ideas for improving marketing processes and share best practices Provide marketing support for consultants and clinic groups, including profile setup and promotional activities Assist in planning and delivering integrated campaigns aligned to strategic growth objectives Manage and update website content, social media, and consultant profiles Support campaign reporting and performance analysis using tools like Google Analytics and Power BI Champion data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies and improve ROI

What

you'll

bring



Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B and B2C marketing Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience (CIM diploma desirable) Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Collaborative team player with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Ability to transform complex information into compelling content for multiple channels Knowledge of SEO best practices for web copy Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI (desirable) Understanding of marketing channels and processes Knowledge of the private healthcare sector (advantageous) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle competing priorities Flexible approach with occasional travel for events or conferences
