The Senior Marketing Executive will support the growth and development of Elevate's brand within the business internet and managed network industry. Reporting directly to the Group Marketing Director and working closely with the wider sales and marketing team, the role will take ownership of delivering creative and results-driven marketing campaigns and activity across digital, social, and traditional channels. This includes executing campaigns that generate leads, strengthen customer engagement, and raise Elevate's profile as a leading ISP/MSP provider. The role combines hands-on delivery with strategic input to ensure all marketing activity supports Elevate's business objectives and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities





Create engaging, on-brand content that drives audience engagement and growth Plan and manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies based on analytics

Lead Generation & Campaign Management

Design and implement lead generation campaigns across multiple channels Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects and customers Create targeted marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads to the sales team Develop and execute content marketing strategies for existing customers Produce high-quality sales collateral including brochures, case studies, and presentations Create marketing assets that support the sales process and enhance customer experience Collaborate with sales teams to understand market needs and develop relevant materials Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging Manage marketing campaigns within Salesforce CRM and Pardot Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and ROI Maintain accurate customer data and campaign records in Salesforce CRM Provide regular performance reports and insights to the Group Marketing Director Use data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies and improve results Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams Support wider marketing team initiatives and company objectives Participate in marketing planning sessions and strategy development


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise





5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role with demonstrable results, ideally within the telecoms sector. Proven ability to plan, create, and manage engaging social media and digital content. Experience and skills in video production, video editing, and photography for marketing use. Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools to produce marketing collateral and sales materials. Strong understanding of lead generation and email marketing techniques. Experience managing marketing campaigns within CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail. Analytical mindset with proven ability to measure and report on campaign performance Strong content creation skills in video production, editing and photography Strong website content management skills (Webflow / Wordpress CMS etc) Knowledge of marketing automation and social media management tools. Strong working knowledge of email marketing platforms and campaign tracking tools. (ideally Salesforce Pardot) Competent in design software (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar). Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs). Experience using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes Creative and innovative, with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Highly organised with excellent time management skills Collaborative and confident in working cross-functionally with colleagues at all levels Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies, tools, and marketing methods Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline Experience within B2B marketing environments, ideally in telecoms sector Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and lead scoring processes Previous experience using content management systems (CMS) Professional marketing qualifications (e.g. CIM, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar)
