Overview:



Smart Choice Metering are one of the UK's leading smart meter installers, working in partnership with household name energy suppliers.

Continued success has led to the creation of a new group structure backed by significant investment. The group is rapidly expanding into service based renewable energy, encompassing a wide range of activities including large installation projects, funded investments and group management/consolidation processes.

This role will initially focus on metering and the training academy but as the group develops, will cover other group operations functions and therefore be an excellent opportunity to join at a key point of Smart Choice Metering's expansion.

Role and Main Responsibilities:



Using HubSpot, act as day-to-day marketing lead for the holding company as well as verticals underneath including Smart Choice Metering and Smart Choice Training Academy.

Run marketing campaigns that support revenue and growth, providing clear insight into what's working and what isn't.

You take ownership of marketing delivery. You plan it. You build it. You run it.

Your focus is simple. Drive leads. Support sales. Show return on spend.

You work closely with sales and act as the link between sales and marketing. You do not wait for others to deliver work for you. You create campaigns and content yourself and use the wider team when needed.

This role suits someone who likes responsibility and can work without constant direction.

Key responsibilities



Own and run marketing activity across the brand. Plan, build, and launch campaigns end to end. Use HubSpot Sales and HubSpot Marketing every day. Build email campaigns, workflows, automations, and lists. Support sales with lead flow, reporting, and follow up activity. Provide occasional sales admin support when needed. Create content yourself. Email copy. Landing pages. Basic assets. Work with the wider marketing team without creating delays. Support events such as webinars, conferences, and partner activity. Run simple recruitment campaigns when required. Track performance with a strong focus on leads, revenue, and return. Share clear updates with marketing and sales leadership.

Skills and experience



Minimum one year frequent use of HubSpot Sales and HubSpot Marketing. Strong sales focus with clear examples of return on spend. Marketing qualification is required. Hands on campaign and content delivery experience. Comfortable working without close supervision. Confident working with sales teams. Strong written and verbal communication. Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Willing to travel to Manchester and Fleetwood. Utilities experience is useful but not required.

Pay: 30,000.00 per year
