About the Role
As a key member of our marketing team, you'll work closely with the PHC Marketing Manager to grow our monthly subscription service. You'll be instrumental in attracting new customers, increasing engagement, and reducing cancellations. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
This role will require identifying and implementing client acquisition and retention strategies that drive commercial uplift, working with the wider marketing team and our product team to ensure we are executing data driven initiatives.
You will work with our clinical and operations teams to identify opportunities to enhance and develop the product offering, conducting appropriate research to ensure that this is attractive to pet owners & commercially viable.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns to support PHC's growth.
Drive client acquisition and retention strategies in collaboration with CRM and Acquisition teams.
Support reporting and performance tracking of PHC initiatives.
Collaborate with product, clinical, and operations teams to enhance our offering.
Lead internal campaigns to empower veterinary practices to promote PHC.
Analyse customer feedback and market data to inform strategy.
Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Ensure compliance with marketing regulations in the veterinary sector.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).
1-3 years' experience in B2C marketing, with proven campaign success.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools.
Adaptability and a proactive approach to innovation.
Experience across the marketing mix: PPC, SEO, social media, email.
Collaborative team player with cross-functional project experience.
Desirable:
Experience in subscription-based services.
Background in veterinary or pet care marketing.
CRM system proficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Budget and vendor management experience.
