About the Department
The HTB Marketing team is a close-knit group of creative, commercially minded professionals supporting every aspect of the bank's communication, brand and customer experience.
The Property Finance marketing team drives visibility, reputation and growth across Specialist Mortgages, Bridging and Development Finance. We work collaboratively with senior leaders, sales teams and agency partners to ensure all activity reflects HTB's specialist propositions and our commitment to brokers and SME developers.
The Senior Marketing Executive role provides hands-on support to the Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Intermediary Engagement, ensuring that campaigns, content and events are delivered smoothly and on time. The role involves coordination, communication and delivery across multiple projects, as well as opportunities to develop marketing skills in PR, events, social media, content creation and digital channels. It is ideal for someone organised, proactive and looking to grow within a dynamic marketing function.
About the Role
The role is focused on ensuring campaigns, content, social media and events are coordinated effectively and delivered to the highest standard. It offers the opportunity to develop broad marketing experience across multiple channels while contributing to the success of HTB's Go for More campaign and wider brand activity. The role also supports campaign reporting and the maintenance of strong processes to keep activity structured, visible and measurable.
The working pattern of this role is hybrid, with an expectation to be in the London office 50% of the time.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign and Coordination

  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager with day-to-day delivery of Property Finance marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, schedules and progress trackers, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Liaise with agencies and suppliers to monitor progress and facilitate approvals.
  • Track campaign performance and collate results for post campaign reviews.
  • Maintain process documentation and support the implementation of marketing workflow improvements.
Content and Social Media
  • Support content delivery by gathering information from sales teams, brokers and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in drafting and proofing content for case studies, articles, social posts and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate HTB's Property Finance social schedule, ensuring regular and consistent activity.
  • Monitor engagement and help track social media performance
  • Work with the wider marketing team to update website content and ensure accuracy.
  • Experience with design tools such as Canva or equivalent desirable.
  • Assist in sourcing visuals, imagery and approvals for digital and social media content.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance HTB's online presence and employee advocacy on LinkedIn.
PR and Communications
  • Support the coordination of PR activity including press releases, deal announcements and people news.
  • Maintain press lists, monitor coverage and help prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with agencies and media partners to support planned communications.
Events and Sponsorships
  • Assist in the organisation of HTB's participation in national and regional events, including exhibitions and awards.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and event assets.
  • Support post-event evaluation by gathering feedback, photos and key learnings.
Budget and Administration
  • Support with day-to-day budget management, purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Help prepare regular marketing activity reports and summaries of performance.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience in marketing coordination, preferably within financial services or property lending.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Clear communicator with excellent written and proof-reading skills.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Comfortable managing timelines, trackers and budgets.
  • Confident working with agencies and external suppliers.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and SharePoint for reporting and tracking.
  • Awareness of digital analytics tools and a basic understanding of marketing metrics.
