Location:

Cardiff (Office-based, 5 days a week)

Salary:

30,000 - 35,000 base (DOE) + up to 3,000 annual bonus

Start Date:

Autumn 2025

At Advanced Secure Technologies, we're a fast-growing, innovative company on a mission to protect organisations from document fraud through cutting-edge security solutions. Based on site in St Mellons, Cardiff, we're expanding and need a

Senior Marketing Executive

to help us scale. You'll play a key role in delivering high-impact campaigns, guiding junior team members, and ensuring our marketing activity is creative, measurable, and commercially effective.

What You'll Do:



Plan, design, and execute integrated marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, website, paid media) to generate leads and support sales.


Create engaging content across multiple formats including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, social media, press releases, and email campaigns. Produce and maintain high-quality collateral such as brochures, presentations, event materials, and sales enablement assets. Own the delivery of events and webinars, from logistics through to promotion and follow-up. Manage and optimise AST's digital presence, including website content, SEO/AI search optimisation, and paid campaigns. Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, social insights). Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness. Support and share expertise with junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and growth-focused culture.

Requirements



What We're Looking For:



What You Bring:

3-5 years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology or a related sector. Proven ability to deliver integrated campaigns end-to-end. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and content development. Excellent copywriting and communication skills. Strong design and content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar). Confident working with data and reporting against KPIs. Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
Bonus points for:

Professional marketing qualification (CIM, IDM). Experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Event and webinar management experience. Video/multimedia content creation skills. Knowledge of AI-driven search.
