An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and highly professional Senior Marketing Executive, at our Dealership in Victoria Bridge, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland.
The role will see you study the dealership's customer base and the automotive retail market in the area to develop effective programs to enable our business to grow. You'll be responsible for all marketing communications, website, social media, company presentations and literature, advertising and new product launches.
You should be an energetic professional who is able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organised, flexible and will enjoy the challenges of managing a small team.
Essential Duties:
- Establish marketing goals, develop and execute marketing plans and programs, both short and long-range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of dealership products and services.
- Plan and oversees the dealership's advertising and promotional activities including print, electronic and direct mail media.
- Writing, editing and proof-reading content for multiple channels; including website, social media and offline materials as well as building and dispatching email marketing campaigns
- Identifying and defining audiences using our Dealer Management Software and extracting data accordingly
- Supporting our Social Media Accounts; including creating content, promoting activity, and responding to comments and messages
- Conducting competitive research/monitoring and creative ideas for activities for enquiry generation and promotion of products and services
- Developing a thorough understanding of the relevant manufacturer brands and processes to maximise their potential within Greg Mitchell Motors
- Supporting the development of marketing plans and completing post campaign analysis as well as the management of dealership and off-site events
- Responsible for execution of monthly and annual marketing budgets.
- Any other ad hoc duties as necessary from time to time.
Essential Criteria:
- Marketing degree/equivalent and 2-3 years of business experience in a marketing role; or 5+ years of business experience in a marketing role
- Show passion and initiative in all projects and be happy working both independently and collaboratively
- Highly organised and have the capability to manage various tasks simultaneously whilst prioritising workload effectively to meet expectations
- The ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Sound decision-making skills and the ability to plan and prioritise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Innovative with vision and creativity
- Experience of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Experience in working with Mailchimp or similar marketing software
Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 32,000.00 per year
