Senior Marketing Growth Lead

, a commercially savvy, results-driven marketer with serious agency experience, to help take us to the next level.

We're not interested in fluff. We're building something brilliant, and we need a leader who can roll up their sleeves, guide the team, inspire clients, and lead from the front.

We work across B2B, lifestyle, education, hospitality and more. We're small, agile, experienced, and ambitious. Backed by a growing group (BCP Media), the foundations are strong. We just need the right person to accelerate the next chapter.

What you'll do

Lead the development and implementation of agency-wide growth strategy Manage and mentor a talented in-house team of creatives, marketers and execs Oversee onboarding, project delivery and client success with a laser-sharp eye Pitch, present, and nurture new business opportunities Guide multi-channel marketing campaigns across content, email, social, PPC, SEO and web Keep your head in the strategy, but your hands in the work Report directly to the Group MD and work closely with senior stakeholders Champion the Manifesto brand -- internally and externally

You'll need to have

Minimum

5 years in a marketing agency environment

, ideally in a leadership or senior strategy role Deep understanding of

all core digital marketing disciplines

-- from content to code Experience in managing and growing client relationships and project pipelines Proven record in developing internal teams and delivering growth Comfort in the boardroom andin the details Exceptional communication, leadership, and commercial acumen Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, idea-rich, roll-your-sleeves-up environment
