Senior Marketing Lead
to join our client's team on a
fixed-term contract
to cover maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity to drive global marketing strategy and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, purpose-driven investment firm.
The Role
As Senior Marketing Lead, you'll be responsible for delivering the global marketing strategy across institutional and wholesale audiences in the UK, Europe, US and APAC. You'll provide leadership to a talented team across marketing, events, communications, market intelligence and RFPs--ensuring all activity is aligned with business priorities.
This senior-level position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and is confident navigating the evolving landscape of investment marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and evolution of the global marketing plan, adapting to sales priorities and market dynamics.
Oversee PR and media relations, acting as a senior point of contact for agency partners and media requests.
Work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager on the Salesforce roadmap and marketing operations strategy.
Guide content strategy, supporting editorial output and thought leadership.
Manage and mentor senior team members across Marketing, RFP and Market Intelligence.
Provide regular performance insights and updates to the Executive Committee.
Collaborate closely with the Global Head of Sales and other stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes.
Evaluate marketing performance using data-driven insights and recommend refinements to improve effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience delivering strategic marketing plans in an investment management organisation across multiple global regions.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
In-depth understanding of investment products, particularly active equities.
Strong grasp of compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to asset management marketing.
Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills.
A creative, collaborative mindset and commercial awareness.
