Senior Marketing Manager

role is key to making that happen.

The Role

This isn't just another "senior title" we're looking for someone ready to step into a

true leadership

role, working and providing guidance and driving results.
You'll be responsible for:

Leading strategy + performance across your client group Coaching and mentoring execs to hit results, not just tick boxes Taking ownership of campaigns and reporting with autonomy Managing high-value marketing tasks with creativity and impact Planning, coordinating and pushing projects forward Getting stuck into email, content, creatives, SMS, landing pages, push, web, and more Taking onboarding calls for new clients to drive the right direction from day 1

What We're Looking For:

2+ years in a marketing role

(agency or fast-paced brand environment) Proven experience in performance marketing, campaign planning, and reporting Confident client communicator, you're calm under pressure and sharp in a meeting Comfortable mentoring and managing junior marketers Experience across

email, content, creative

, social media, and strategy Obsessed with growth, both for clients and your own career Highly organised, proactive, and results-focused

You'll report directly to our

Lead Marketing Manager,

and collaborate with execs, assistants, the Head of Service, and our in-house creative, paid, and development teams.
