Position Summary:




Join our fast-paced, evolving EMEA marketing team. Working with the Head of International Marketing, the local marketing teams, and commercial leaders across the region, you will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to fuel rapid growth in the EMEA market. Core responsibilities are managing the local marketing managers, and working with regional management, sales, and practice development teams to build brand awareness and exposure strategy, build & execute on-going campaigns & strategies to drive lead-generation for local sales teams, and provide ongoing customer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) support, managing the KOL network across EMEA in collaboration with the commercial leaders. The ideal candidate has experience leading teams and is both detailed and process-oriented to successfully take on a variety of tasks with competing deadlines.

Travel Requirements:




This is a hybrid position that involves remote work and travel into direct and distribution markets. Must have the ability to travel up to 40%, or as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:



Develop and execute the marketing, communication and product strategy for the EMEA region in alignment with the Head of International Marketing, regional & local management, sales, and product development. Reporting to Head of International Marketing, manage & work closely with regional marketing teams in Europe, Middle East & Africa, with a focus on direct and distribution markets, and general INTL projects Responsible for preparing and executing new product launch plans & proactive product campaigns & promotions for EMEA regions in collaboration with the Head of International Marketing. Monitor campaign & promotion performance & pull through (B2B / B2C) to define right strategy per market / target profile Manage and attend industry conferences, clinical meetings, Cutera-sponsored workshops, and seminars across the region. Management activities include, but are not limited to, identifying high-potential industry events, identifying and working closely with speakers, securing speaking opportunities, and asset development, budget tracking, and working with local teams on attendance/lead generation pre-during & post Provide ongoing support to EMEA marketing, sales & practice development team on day-to-day activities to build out a multi-functional team approach with end customer experience & sales at the center Work closely with local marketing teams to increase exposure of the Cutera brand and product portfolio, maximizing press opportunities and coverage. Develop and monitor the competitor landscape and provide a quarterly analysis of competitor activities and updates. Manage the Cutera EMEA marketing budgets, providing monthly updates to the Head of International Marketing to ensure budgets remain on target. Support the INTL social media account(s), which includes developing a quarterly social strategy, creating monthly calendars in alignment with sales and product focus, and tracking campaign metrics. Working closely with the EMEA marketing team, execute and monitor monthly lead generation campaigns within SFDC to drive lead generation in the EMEA regions, and manage lead generation specialist (new hire) end-to-end approach from targeting to campaigns to pull through with the sales organization. Develop and manage lead generation dashboards in SFDC, reporting monthly to the International Leadership team on campaign metrics vs KPIs. Provide support to Head of International Marketing as needed for European congresses and events. Other duties assigned by the Head of International Marketing or local Management.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:



Europe-based, flexible to be based in any of the following countries: UK&I, France, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland BS/BA or degree A minimum of 10 years working in a marketing function, with a successful track record of managing teams & digital lead generation A strong background in B2B business, with a preference for medical devices and/or in the aesthetic industry is required Experience working in local & regional roles, with both strategy development and execution, working alongside local sales organizations Experience of Adobe suite (including Marketo), WordPress, Salesforce and Canva Strong analytical thinking skills Creative mindset Delivers results with multiple and complex projects Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Superior oral and written communication and presentation skills Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation experience * Fluent in English, fluent in German or French a plus
