Are you a communications professional with a drive for engagement and innovation? TPT is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager - Engagement, to lead on designing, delivering, and assessing campaigns that strengthen connections with our members and employers.
You will be responsible for:
Leading, developing and managing innovative communication activities and campaigns to boost engagement for members and employers.
Leading the design and implementation of campaigns using our CRM system.
Working with the Head of Marketing and other stakeholders to implement engagement strategies.
Developing new ideas to improve engagement and lead relevant research.
Reporting on performance and future plans to leadership and committees.
Leading on the use of various communication channels, from print to digital and social media.
Managing and evaluating marketing agencies and suppliers.
Promoting TPT's brand and ensuring communications follow brand guidelines.
Building relationships across TPT to meet business needs and prioritise resources.
Deputising for the Head of Marketing as needed.
Attending the Marketing Leadership Group to help steer departmental strategy.
Staying current on digital trends and managing the engagement marketing budget.
Assisting in mentoring the Marketing & Communications Team and collaborating across departments.
Skills & Experience
The ideal applicant will have:
A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven senior-level marketing experience in communication engagement programs from within pensions or financial services.
Experience with CRM systems (desirable), and knowledge of brand and budget management.
Expertise in digital platforms and digital innovation.
Ability to create and present engaging presentations.
Experience in market research projects.
Experience delivering communications campaigns across varied channels.
Confident project management and stakeholder relationship skills.
Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
