As our Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of all marketing, with a focus on digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, conversion, and profit growth. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and analytics to enhance our online presence and support overall marketing objectives.

As Senior Marketing Manager you'll be:

Leading our marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Owning all areas of the company's marketing. Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies. Managing the lifecycle of traditional and digital marketing campaigns. Managing the company's SEO, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing. Reviewing campaign performance to compound learnings for maximum effectiveness in future campaigns. Proactively monitoring industry trends, innovations, and best practices to ensure strategic alignment and competitiveness. Working closely with other department teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all touchpoints. Managing marketing budgets and ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum ROI. Enhancing user experience and engagement through targeted digital initiatives.

To achieve this, you'll have:

5+ years exposure working in a similar senior position with particular focus on strategic digital marketing development and execution. High proficiency in website platforms and CRM (preferably HubSpot). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of managing successful traditional and digital campaigns with measurable results. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills within data-driven decision-making. Passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
