The Role
As
Senior Marketing Manager
, you'll take the lead on building and coordinating our annual brand, media, and creative plans. Working hand-in-hand with the Head of Brand & Demand Generation, you'll bring strategic and creative thinking to every stage of campaign planning -- ensuring tombola shows up consistently and distinctively to players new and old.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Planning
Develop and deliver integrated annual and quarterly brand and media plans that align with wider marketing and business goals
Support the Head of Brand in shaping our overarching brand strategy, identifying the key levers needed to drive brand health
Lead campaign idea generation and delivery, ensuring our creative platforms and key messages land with impact across all relevant channels
Creative & Media Oversight
Own and manage the relationships with our Creative and Media agencies, ensuring mutual briefing and joined-up execution
Champion brand guardianship across the business -- ensuring all functions understand and apply our visual and verbal identity consistently
Elevate and evolve tombola's creative direction, working with agencies to build fame-driving campaigns grounded in brand distinctiveness
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with our Insight Lead to ensure planning is rooted in customer behaviour and sentiment
Work closely with the Community & Partnerships team to amplify brand campaigns across PR, ambassadors, events and sponsorship
Be the key point of contact for Acquisition & Growth -- aligning on campaign goals, timings, and delivery for maximum impact
What We're Looking For
Skills & Experience
5+ years' experience in brand, media, or marketing planning roles
A track record of leading integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results
Strong understanding of brand strategy, creative development, media planning and campaign performance
Experience delivering GTM planning across multiple departments, ideally in a fast-paced consumer brand environment
Comfortable interpreting customer insight and applying it to campaign planning and messaging
