Senior Marketing Manager
Salary from 53,204 to 61,301 pa inclusive with potential to progress to 68,119 pa inclusive of London allowance
If you have a proven track record of leading impactful marketing campaigns using the full marketing mix and a passion for higher education, this is the role for you. We're offering the opportunity to be part of an ambitious team, and to contribute significantly to the development of LSE's Extended Education programmes.
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the marketing, communication and brand strategy for the Global Programmes delivered in partnership with University of London, online and through recognised teaching centres around the world. You will also have a particular emphasis on the partner marketing strategy across both the Global Programmes and LSE Summer School. As a senior marketing leader in the team, you will work closely with the Associate Director of Marketing and Recruitment, in addition to the recruitment and business development teams to deliver on ambitious growth targets.
The position requires a self-starter with excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills. The postholder will be able to demonstrate a track record of leading impactful campaigns that drive conversions and revenue growth, with experience of implementing campaigns with an international reach for a B2B and B2C audience.
This exciting role plays a key part in delivering on ambitious plans and will lead on developing effective ways of working with partner institutions. Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following key attributes:
A broad marketing skillset with an ability to influence and deliver results in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
The ability to identify and drive new strategic initiatives that deliver impact and support overall business objectives
The strategic skillset to develop content-led campaigns and nurture strategies that effectively converts candidates through each funnel stage
The analytical skills to evaluate the success of the strategies employed
Excellent organisation and communication skills, supplier and stakeholder management, a proactive and flexible approach, and superb attention-to-detail
