About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing outreach campaigns aimed at sourcing and developing new business opportunities, expanding Sibylline's market presence and client base, whilst enhancing our reputation and maintaining the Sibylline brand.
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for oversight of all marketing initiatives, including but not limited to product marketing, digital marketing, content, and customer engagement. Partnering with the COO and our in-house Client Success Team, you will ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with the company's strategic priorities and revenue goals and will create compelling messaging that articulates the company's value proposition and advertises our solutions to traditional, adjacent and emerging markets.
As such, Strong communication, leadership skills, innovation and project management experience are essential for success in this dynamic role.
This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional presence in the London office.
Responsibilities
Management:
Direct Line Management of a small team, including our social media specialist, and audio/visual media producer.
Marketing campaigns:
Partner with the Client Success team to oversee the creation of digital, solution-focused marketing campaigns, aligned with our brand standards, culture, and strategic vision.
Establish and track KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI, and optimisation based on data insights.
Cross-functional collaboration with key internal Stakeholders, including Product teams, Customer Success, People Team, and Branding to ensure cohesive vision and delivery.
Marketing research:
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform outreach strategies
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services and evolutions in the market.
Events:
Develop marketing and promotional materials for use at external and internal events, both pre and post-event, in partnership with the client success team.
On occasion, the Senior Marketing Manager will project manage cross-team collaboration on various facets of planning, execution, and follow-up activities
On occasion, the individual must manage calls or projects outside of traditional business hours
Requirements
8-12 years of progressive experience in marketing, including leadership roles in fast-paced environments.
Proven success in scaling B2B or B2C marketing efforts at a mid-sized company or startup.
Ability to thrive in an electronic environment and utilise technology to deliver information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn Marketing strategies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; adaptable to conquering new challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Excellent communication (both written and verbal, with English fluency) and strong interpersonal skills
Exceptional leadership, team development, and project management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a similar field.
Nice to have
Pre-existing knowledge of the risk/security intelligence industry, and/or experience in an adjacent industry
