As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will own, implement, and deliver marketing plans that drive the commercial success of our products and funds. Your focus will be on driving awareness and demand generation to increase the lifetime value of our existing clients and investors as well as attracting new ones. This role involves end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, media buying, content creation, channel strategy, events, and implementation. To excel in this role, you need to deliver long-term, innovative, timely, and impactful campaigns while being able to pivot in response to a dynamic market environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work across our core business and help drive our strong intended business growth opportunity.

What will you be doing?



Shape and deliver go-to-market plans that in line with business objectives. Utilise storytelling marketing to bring the investment story to life. Launch new products and funds through compelling marketing campaigns. Maintain accurate fund & product information across all channels and use organic and paid search strategies to stay visible. Craft and refine messaging that resonates with our audience, highlighting key differentiators. Conduct thorough market analysis, including competitor research and customer insights, to inform marketing strategies. Work closely with product management, investment, sales, content, and events to ensure cohesive launch, campaigns and fund updates. Create high-impact marketing materials tailored to different customer segments. Develop initiatives to drive customer education and engagement, including webinars and workshops. Implement marketing efforts for new partnership opportunities. Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product launches, providing regular reports and insights. Owner of product online presence & updates, supported by Google Analytics and market insights. Maximise engagement with our digital team to support online visibility, including paid advertising, SEO, and content. Demonstrate marketing effectiveness through ROI and KPIs, including budget management. Provide visibility of marketing initiatives to relevant stakeholders across the business. Leverage data analytics to help shape marketing approach. Lead a marketing manager to cultivate a dynamic, accountable culture. Work closely with marketing team to stay up to date with other marketing campaigns and activity happening and help across these projects when/if resource is required.

We operate in a highly regulated environment so it's important that this person can produce high quality content within the financial promotion rules.

Qualifications

Ideally, you'll have:




?Retail or Institutional market knowledge.


? People management experience


? Excellent Stakeholder management


? A high attention to detail.


? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


? Customer & data obsessed and like to get under the skin of how our clients think.


? Bold and not afraid to test and learn and innovate.
