If passionate about crafting standout campaigns and thrive in a fast-moving environment, this could be your next big move. get to work on multi-million-pound campaigns with some of the UK's top media and creative agencies, helping to define our brand's voice (especially after rebrand!) and drive real impact in the exciting investing and trading space. What will you do? Reporting to the Head of Brand and Campaigns, be instrumental in delivering our campaigns working across various channels to connect with our audience. As a senior manager, have a key role in defining and shaping strategic thinking behind each of our campaigns - and so an interest in investing and personal finance is key to driving change in the market. manage multiple high-impact marketing campaigns across different channels, including ATL, working closely with our Brand Marketing Manager and Marketing Operations Manager. partner with our in-house studio and external creative agencies to develop compelling concepts that truly resonate, delivering best-in-class creativity. use your project management and people skills to make sure that our brand campaigns seamlessly integrate across CRM, Organic Social, Performance Marketing, and other key channels for a cohesive message. work closely with our Media Strategy Lead and Media Agency, providing strategic feedback on media plans to make sure we stick to our brief and when we need to. be no stranger to numbers and can produce comprehensive campaign reports that offer clear insights and actionable recommendations for future initiatives. What will you need for this role? seeking someone with a proven track record in brand marketing, particularly in dynamic environments. To succeed in this role, we think need: + years of marketing experience, ideally from fast-paced tech, startup, or scale-up settings. and collaboration: you should e ready to share your creative excellence and the measurable impact of your past campaigns. Proven experience reviewing and critiquing media plans and demonstrable success working effectively with media agencies. trong project management skills, enabling you to handle multiple complex campaigns simultaneously, and at pace. Experience managing multi-channel brand campaigns with significant budgets (1m+). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the business and externally a bonus if you have: Experience with major sports brand partnerships. An understanding of, or experience in, investing, trading, cryptocurrency, or general fintech. Prior line management experience is a plus, as there may be opportunities to manage 1-2 people within the Brand team.
