As Channel continues to expand and grow its asset portfolio, the role of Senior Marketing Manager is more important than ever. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for Channel. They will have a strong focus on developing the Channel brand to acquire new customers.

Status: Permanent



Working hours: Monday - Friday



40 hours per week; 8:30am- 5:30pm



Location: Office based; 77 Charlotte Street, London W1T 4PW with some flexibility to work remotely. International travel may also be required



Reporting to: CFO



Salary: Circa 70k per annum + attractive benefits package + long term incentive scheme subject to experience

The opportunity:




This is a senior marketing management role in the company where you can have significant influence in the development of the business using your knowledge and experience. You will be expected to get stuck in from day one:



Responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Manager are as follows:

Create and action the Channel marketing plan. Own, lead and manage all marketing activities at Channel. Promote and enhance Channel's brand and solutions via a cohesive visual identity to attract and retain clients. Raise Channel's profile as a Fund Manager in the Private Credit market. Manage Channel's social media strategies and assist to build the Group's brand across all social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram) forming a multichannel distribution strategy (social, paid, events + email). Create lead generation for Channel. Undertake market and competitor research and segmentation. Lead Channel's brand management through content creation on relevant social platforms, advertising and promotional products in a visual cohesive manner, public relations, and solutions development. To be an Ambassador for Channel.

Who are you?




We are looking for someone who has:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 5+ years managing B2B marketing programs -

Professional marketing qualification -

essential

Experience of developing and implementing successful social media strategies -

essential

Proven graphic design skills including Adobe suite -

essential

Experience with multiple facets of marketing including digital program management, marketing-driven lead gen, brand management and marketing communications -

essential

Experience of building and presenting business cases for marketing plans -

essential

Stakeholder management experience -

essential

Right to work in the UK -

essential

Previous experience working in the financial services sector is -

preferable


You will have:



In-depth knowledge of marketing ideally within asset management, fintech In depth knowledge of social media marketing Strong grounding in SEO, UX, analytics + CMS platforms Excellent IT skills including PowerPoint Excellent customer service skills Professional, polite and confident customer service and presentation skills, pleasant and friendly style with ability to adapt your style to different customers and stakeholders Organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines including events Attention to detail skills Problem solving skills Numerical skills Communicate clearly and effectively; verbally and written including reports and thought leadership articles A proactive approach and experience of using your own initiative and 'thinking on your feet' - ability to make sound customer related decisions and respond quickly to customer needs. Commercial mindset; ability to negotiate and manage a contract or budget. Awareness of and adherence to confidentiality.
