We have an excellent opportunity for a

Senior Marketing Manager

to join the team as the Ivy brand continues to grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and deliver the annual marketing strategy aligned to brand,commercial and guest objectives. Lead integrated campaigns across digital,CRM,social,PR,partnerships and on?property activations. Own campaign planning from insight and briefing through execution,measurement and optimisation. Manage and grow the brand calendar,ensuring consistency of tone,visual identity and storytelling. Partner with Operations to support restaurant openings,refurbishments and local marketing initiatives. Oversee CRM and loyalty activity,driving data?led acquisition,retention and frequency. Collaborate with Digital and Performance teams to maximise paid media effectiveness and ROI. Lead agency relationships (creative,media,PR),ensuring high standards,pace and value. Track performance against KPIs,providing clear reporting and actionable insights to leadership. Manage budgets effectively,ensuring spend delivers against objectives. Mentor and develop marketing team members,fostering a collaborative,high?performance culture.

Skills & Experience

Proven senior marketing experience within hospitality,luxury retail or a premium consumer brand. Strong track record of delivering integrated,multi?channel campaigns at scale. Deep understanding of brand management,customer insight and CRM. Commercially minded with the ability to translate insight into measurable results. Experience managing agencies and multiple stakeholders at a senior level. Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands?on delivery. Confident communicator with strong presentation and influencing skills.

Office-based in Fitzrovia with occasional restaurant visits
