A very successful professional services firm based in Essex are searching for a talented Senior Marketing Manager to join their team. Our client is only considering candidates who have extensive professional services experience, so please only apply if you have a strong marketing background within a relevant industry \xe2\x80\x93 law firm, solicitors, accountancy practice etc. As you will be responsible for a Marketing Executive, previous line management responsibility will also be necessary.

As Senior Marketing Manager you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for developing and delivering innovative marketing and business development strategies to increase fee income and brand awareness to support the firm\xe2\x80\x99s growth targets and to enhance the client experience. Although this is a marketing role, you will work in collaboration with the business development team, so all candidates must have experience using marketing to drive sales, new business development and lead generation.

Core responsibilities\xe2\x80\xa6.

• Planning, developing, and implementing integrated marketing campaigns
• Keep up to date with overall business trends and identify new business and networking opportunities
• Effective use of digital and social media channels to communicate with existing clients, potential clients and enhance company brand
• Organising events, including seminars, hospitality events and training sessions
• Management of the firms PR campaign both in print and social media
• Ongoing development, maintenance, and quality control of the firm\xe2\x80\x99s website to raise the profile of the company
• Management and development of the firm\xe2\x80\x99s database.
• Preparation of presentations for pitches to potential clients

About you\xe2\x80\xa6.

• Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a marketing management role within professional services
• Ability to lead and manage a marketing department and previous line management responsibility
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence at a senior level
• Willing to challenge, question and be flexible to adapt to meet business requirements
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to think ahead, prioritise and manage demands
• Drive, enthusiasm, and sound commercial awareness

For this role, all applicants must have a degree and experience working within professional services or a partner environment. Due to the location, it is commutable from Enfield, Romford, Chigwell, Harlow, Brentwood, Stratford, Ilford, Loughton, Woodford, Epping, Cheshunt and most parts of Essex and Hertfordshire.
