As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team to deliver innovative, effective, and customer-led marketing campaigns. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of products, services, and audiences to raise awareness, grow engagement, and drive income.



These brand-new roles are central to ensuring the strategic marketing plans are implemented with excellence, aligning with RNIB's values, and always keeping the customer at the heart of what we do.



You'll work with the other Senior Managers and Head of Marketing Delivery to help shape our agile marketing ways of working. This is a new and exciting phase for us where we are really looking for someone with a growth mindset to join the team and help us navigate our new normal.



We are looking for someone with significant experience and leadership in at least two of the following areas: Brand or cause marketing, Advocacy or policy campaigns marketing, Behaviour change marketing, B2B marketing, Services marketing, Retail, Legacy marketing, Mass-market fundraising, Business development, High-value relationships or corporate partnerships.



We'd love to hear from you if you have experience in:


Leading the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and target audiences.
Leading and coaching a team to deliver to high standards, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Working across multi discipline teams and with multiple stakeholders to ensure campaigns are insight-led, meet agreed objectives, and remain on time and within budget. Evaluating campaign performance using data and insight, recommending improvements and testing strategies to optimise ROI.
Developed go-to-market plans for new products and services, ensuring market readiness and alignment with customer needs. Developed and maintained strong working relationships with internal teams and external agency partners.
Have a growth mindset, and experienced in marketing delivery across multiple channels including digital, TV, social, print, and more.
