About This Role



We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who is hands-on as well as being a strategic thinker! You'll be at the forefront of our brand growth, leading campaigns across stores, international distributors, spa partners, professional channels, stockists, online platforms, and new product launches.

You'll manage a team of five:



Sales & Marketing Executive

Social Media Manager

NPD Manager

Training & Education Manager

Graphic Designer



Reporting to the General Manager, you'll operate across the UK, E-Commerce, and International Sales markets.



Key Responsibilities



1. UK Sales & Retail Marketing

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support UK stores, E-Commerce, spa partners, and retail stockists.

Work closely with the UK Sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and seasonal trade plans.

Support B2B sales with targeted collateral, promotional calendars, in-store marketing tools, and POS.

Engage store teams and retail partners with clear marketing toolkits and campaign guidelines.

Organise local trade events, pop-ups, and in-store activations.



2. E-Commerce & Digital Marketing

Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager to support the digital strategy and execution across e-commerce platforms, ensuring strong customer acquisition and retention.

Manage and collaborate with social media manager for email campaigns, website content, and digital advertising.

Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager to support and optimise user journey and conversion on our D2C sites with compelling campaigns and promotional activities.

Work with the Social Media Manager and graphic design to deliver scroll-stopping content across channels.

Track performance and drive continuous improvement using data and analytics tools.



3. International Sales Marketing

Collaborate with the International Sales Teams, distributors and international sales partners to localise and implement brand-aligned marketing plans.

Ensure global partners have the right tools, content, and training to effectively market our products.

Oversee and guide the marketing calendars of international territories to align with the brand's global roadmap.

Manage communications and marketing deliverables across international stockists, spas, retailers and distributors.

Support launch plans and campaign rollouts for new market entries and product introductions.

React quickly to partner and distributor requests to ensure continuous sales improvement.



New Product Development (NPD)



Partner with the NPD Manager to bring new products to life from concept to launch.

Develop go-to-market strategies that drive awareness and adoption.

Ensure product storytelling is engaging, consumer-driven, and consistent across all platforms



Training and Education

Manage and support the Training and Education Manager to ensure effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement of training programs that align with business objectives.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product/Head Office teams to ensure training content supports commercial goals and market needs.

Evaluate training outcomes, set performance KPIs, and guide the Training and Education Manager in implementing improvements based on feedback and results.

Champion a culture of learning and development, ensuring consistent messaging and delivery standards across all regions and partner networks.



Core Responsibilities Across All Channels



Develop and own the annual marketing strategy and calendar.

Oversee all Training and Education across all channels.

Oversee brand positioning and messaging across all consumer and trade touchpoints.

Lead cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, NPD, training, and leadership.

Drive campaign planning and execution for NPD and core product ranges.

Manage relationships with PR, media, and creative agencies.

Lead budget planning and ensure high-impact use of marketing spend.

Track KPIs, campaign ROI, and sales impact with clear reporting.

Guide and mentor the marketing team, encouraging innovation and professional growth.



Who You Are



At least 2 years in a Marketing Manager role or equivalent.

Experience across UK, e-commerce, and international markets preferred.

Pharmaceutical or Beauty background preferred.

A creative thinker who thrives in a hands-on, fast-moving environment.

Data-literate and confident in measuring campaign success.

Exceptional communicator with strong leadership skills.

Equally comfortable planning strategy and executing day-to-day tasks.

Experience managing multiple stakeholders, channels, and priorities simultaneously.



Work Arrangement:



This position requires three days of in-office work ( Our company has two offices -- one located in Acton and the other in Soho) and allows for two days of remote work per week.
