Job Description

We're looking for a

Senior Marketing Manager

with deep crypto experience to own and scale our go-to-market and events strategy. You'll be at the forefront of shaping how token issuers -- from governance tokens and stablecoins to RWAs -- think about onchain liquidity.This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of partnerships, content, brand and event execution.

What You'll Do

Events Strategy & Execution

+ Design and execute Arrakis' global events strategy in the vertical of DeFi, onchain liquidity, RWAs, stabelcoins and more + Plan side-events, panels, and hackathon presence at major conferences (ETHGlobal, Devconnect, TOKEN2049, etc.)
+ Coordinate with token issuers to co-host or amplify ecosystem events around liquidity topics

Content & GTM Coordination

+ Collaborate with BD, product, and engineering to shape the content roadmap + Coordinate content rollouts (blogs, case studies, strategy explainers) with partners and influencers for maximum reach
+ Drive distribution campaigns across social, newsletter, podcast, and video formats

Partner Amplification & Ecosystem Marketing

+ Work directly with protocol partners (e.g. Maple, Gnosis, Ondo, etc.) to co-market new liquidity strategies + Create BD enablement materials that help drive adoption of Arrakis strategies by treasuries and DAO decision-makers

Requirements

Have 2

-5 years of experience in crypto marketing

, ideally in DeFi Are a

strong communicator and project manager

, with proven ability to own multi-channel campaigns end to end Have experience managing or co-hosting

IRL and virtual events

in crypto Have experience in B2B Marketing, especially institutional. Are plugged into the latest trends around

onchain liquidity, stablecoins, RWAs, and institutional adoption

Have experience working across

design, content, BD, and product
