What you'll be doing:

Lead integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns

that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.

Develop annual marketing and customer plans

in collaboration with our commercial team.

?

Manage supplier relationships

, driving product launches, promotional activity, and strategic partnerships.

?

Oversee PR strategy and trade media presence

, working with our PR agency to secure impactful coverage.

?

Lead our trade event strategy

- from concept to delivery - in alignment with sales and commercial goals.

Partner with digital teams

to enhance our social, content, and CRM strategies.

?

Analyse market, competitor and customer trends

to identify opportunities for growth.

Coach and lead a team of Marketing Managers

What we're looking for:

Proven experience (5+ years)

in marketing management within a B2B environment.

A

strategic thinker

with a data-driven mindset and a strong grasp of marketing KPIs and ROI.

Experience in

line management

and coaching teams to success.

Skilled in

multi-channel marketing

, covering digital, print, PR, events, and CRM.

Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Creative flair

with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and strategies.

Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent (or qualified by experience).
