Overview Brand new opportunity for a Marketing Professional to join a world-leading, disruptive SaaS organisation (B2B) who work with household name enterprise clients and brands globally. Based in Warrington and founded 23 years ago, the company is now in a growth phase with a data consent and privacy platform which has been successfully implemented into a range of verticals, including healthcare, financial services, automotive, and retail. Reporting to the down to earth and lovely Head of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing strategies and tactics to boost the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation and drive qualified leads through deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution. The Senior Marketing Manager must have the ability to track and analyse the performance of multi-channel campaigns, manage budgets and ensure all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, hands-on experience of CRM, CMS and web analytics tools and vendor management are a must. Hybrid based, the team is in the Head Office in Warrington two days per week, with three days at home, so ideally we are looking for someone within commutable distance. The Role The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in campaign marketing and a proven track record of delivering successful results and build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

  • Formulate effective strategies and tactical approaches to promote the company and attract relevant traffic to the company\xe2\x80\x99s doorstep;
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own the implementation from ideation to execution;
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, PR, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis;
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for the website and blog that attracts and converts target groups;
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors;
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website to printed brochures and video;
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals;
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust campaigns accordingly;
  • A hands-on experience using a CRM platform to deliver tactical automated marketing campaigns (preferably Zoho but not essential).
Requirements and Skills
  • 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar marketing role
  • Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Passion for all things marketing and commitment to continually evolve knowledge
  • Has a creative eye and can demonstrate brand guardianship across the whole buyer journey
  • A commercial focus on lead generation and attracting our ideal customer profiles
  • A respect for data privacy and the rules and regulations it brings
  • Evidence of managing integrated marketing campaigns (SEO, social, email and events) that deliver strategies that attract, convert and delight customers
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality multi-channel content (blogs, eBooks, website and social)
  • Experienced in managing and delivering digital and face to face events
  • Strong budget management
  • Confident to track and analyse the performance of campaigns and can confidently report and measure campaign ROI
  • Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel as well as a good understanding of the key technologies such as SEO and PPC

Salary: Up to \xc2\xa340,000 per annum, negotiable Location: Warrington, Hybrid/Remote (max 2 days per week from the office) Benefits:
