SilverCloud Health is the world's leading digital mental health company, enabling healthcare organisations to deliver clinically validated digital therapeutic care, that improves outcomes, increases access & scale while reducing costs. Today, SilverCloud is being used by over 300 organisations globally to meet the mental health needs of their end users/patients. The Platform has been deeply validated working with global experts, through full randomised control trials as well as real world data from over 500,000 SilverCloud end users. The platform continues to lead the industry with its effectiveness, engagement and range of clinical programs covering the spectrum of mental health needs.
The core focus of this role is on building brand awareness, generating leads, and accelerating the pipeline for our EU/UK business. Working with sales and product teams to create messaging and positioning that articulates the value of our solution.
Working with the Head of Europe to align on business goals you will create and execute multi-channel marketing strategies. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who would like to play an active role in the continued growth and expansion of SilverCloud.
Core responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy, to scale demand and acquire new customers.
  • Craft compelling positioning and messaging for SilverCloud solutions across target segments and personas.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across customers, government officials and industry influencers to grow our thought leadership position.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns from start to finish, creating collateral for customer acquisition.
  • Manage the content strategy, collaborating with marketing, product, sales, and customer success to create sales enablement materials.
  • Build brand awareness and maintain brand standards across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape. Use insights to support strategic and tactical planning.
  • Manage the development of marketing materials and campaigns that establish consistent product positioning in the marketplace.
  • Analyse marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to shape future marketing strategies.
  • Manage external PR and brand agencies.
  • Manage and plan our presence at key industry events and SilverCloud own events to maximise ROI.
  • Manage marketing budget and expenditures.
  • Report on key projects, campaign results, marketing ROI at a leadership level.
Skills and Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in a B2B software or UK healthcare environment.
  • A record of achieving results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong UK healthcare and/or digital health marketing experience.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across product, sales, clinical and customer success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven track record in content marketing.
  • Strong digital and social media skills including marketing automation e.g. HubSpot or similar.
  • Proven expertise and track record of driving revenue.
  • Data-driven, creating actionable outcomes from performance data, market research, industry analysis and customer feedback.
  • Strong record of success in seeing projects through from strategy to execution.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar relevant field.
  • Critical thinker, with good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask in fast paced, dynamic environment
