Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive senior marketing manager to join our brand experience team at one of London's largest NHS trusts on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract.
You will be responsible for planning, developing, delivering and measuring the impact of marketing communications for the Trust's private healthcare services.
Managing a small team including a marketing manager and a marketing officer, you will develop the marketing and communications function for private healthcare services, prioritising activity to drive increased referrals and onboarding and working with agencies.
You will lead on the strategy and planning for digital advertising campaigns and be responsible for content marketing, the creation of offline collateral and brand experience across our private patient units.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and deliver our new marketing strategy, so if you are an experienced and organised senior marketing manager with experience leading marketing campaigns, we would love to hear from you.
This role offers a hybrid working pattern with a minimum of 40% of time working on-site at St Mary's Hospital (and across our other hospital sites), to facilitate team working. Main duties of the job
- Lead the planning, development and implementation of marketing strategies at the Trust for private healthcare services.
- Work with the private care business development team and the wider marketing team to set the strategy for the marketing of private healthcare services, to meet ambitious growth targets.
- Work with digital marketing agencies to plan, implement and measure the impact of digital marketing campaigns for priority services.
- Oversee all marketing activity and manage the marketing team, including a marketing manager and a marketing officer.
- Work with colleagues and agencies to develop and optimise the online presence for private care services at the Trust.
