We're looking for a Senior Marketing Officer (B2B) to lead the marketing and communications strategy for the College's B2B/commercial offer, employer partnerships and bid-related projects. This hybrid-working role will develop and deliver engaging campaigns, manage high-profile events, and work closely with stakeholders to drive forward our strategic priorities and strengthen external relationships.
What skills are we looking for:
Strong and proven strategic marketing and communication skills
Experience in B2B and/or education marketing
Proven ability in campaign planning, delivery, and reporting
Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and event management
Proven budget management (50k-100k)
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
Creative and proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
Responsibilities for the role:
Develop and manage marketing plans and budgets for B2B and bid projects
Act as the main contact for senior stakeholders and external partners
Create high-quality marketing assets, including publications, presentations, animations, and digital content
Manage relationships with external agencies for production, PR, and media opportunities
Lead the delivery of high-profile internal and external events
Produce engaging case studies, employer stories, and partner communications
Oversee and enhance partner websites, ensuring excellent customer experience
Collaborate with internal teams to support wider College marketing activity
The Location:
To be determined with the successful candidate but the role will be based at one of our main campuses and will also be required to work at different campuses as per business needs.
