Senior Field Materials Technician

Salary:

28-32k depending on experience

Truro TR1 2XN

Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (occasional night work & weekends with notice)

The Role

We are seeking Senior Field Materials Technicians to join our team at Truro. In this role, you'll carry out site-based materials testing and play a key part in ensuring quality standards are achieved. You'll also have opportunities for further development and progression within the business.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out field testing on materials such as

concrete, soils, and asphalt

Accurately record and report test results in line with project requirements Maintain and calibrate field testing equipment Work with site teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in

concrete, soils, or asphalt testing

(minimum 5 years) Strong practical knowledge of field-based testing methods Ability to work independently and as part of a team A strong commitment to quality and safety
