Provide guidance and mentorship to junior mechanics, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanical technology to enhance skills and knowledge. Ensure that all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.

Skills

Proven experience as a mechanic, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and components. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting purposes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to mechanical work is essential. A relevant qualification in mechanics or engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
